After trying every type of work boot and sneaker there is cougar paws was the one that kept me upright on those 10/12's and up where I could truly start running shingles to the nailers safely and effectively. So much time is lost in a roof in heat trying to navigate a pitch safely and cougar paws delivered. My only stipulation was the life span of the pads I just received these yesterday today pads tour up lol 3 roofs in maybe I need a sponsor for just the pads

They are not true to size. My old pair of the estimator boot were a size 9 and fit perfectly. They fell apart on the inside after about two years, so I ordered the Steep Sneak II in the same size. These new size 9s are much tighter, both in length and width. I’m hoping they stretch out a little with wear.

I hate when a company says it will be here on a certain day knowing it will not. Boots were supposed to be here Sunday like you said when I ordered them so I would have them for work. I will be returning them whenever they arrive.

These shoes are great! I feel stable and confident on roofs whereas previously I was scared of slipping off reasonable inclines. Now I feel comfortable on steep roofs.

A marked improvement from previous models. My foot feels much more secure and stable than in the Estimator boots that I have worn over the years, especially through the arch of my foot. I was concerned about ankle support because these are not a boot or high top (which I didn't know was available when ordering). However, I have been very pleased with the added mobility on the roof, and the connectedness of the shoe to my foot is much better. My foot slid around in the Estimator, but stays snug in the Sneak. There appears to be less stitching and connection points of material in these shoes than the estimator, and the durability will prove itself over time.
I will likely buy this model again, but in an 11, as the toe box is a bit tighter than in other models that I've worn.

Purchased the Cougar paw shoe to keep me on our roof while I painted the second floor walls. They work great on the steepest part of the roof. No slipping, none at all. Very comfortable to wear. Just to let you know your ankles are going to get sore but that's not from the shoes but the roof angle.
