Cougar Paws products are not designated to be used as a fall protection device.  Our products are designed to be used with approved fall protection rope and harness.  Failure to adhere to this warning could lead to serious injury or death.

Extreme caution must be exercised while wearing Cougar Paws shoes. Improper use of the shoes and pads can result in a loss of footing which can lead to serious injury or death. Read and understand all warnings and safety instructions before wearing or using the shoes.

Notwithstanding any statement to the contrary, (A) The Manufacturer disclaims any and all warranties,  both express and implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law; (B) The Manufacturers’ and Sellers’ aggregate responsibility and liability, whether arising out of contract or tort, including negligence, strict liability and breach of warranty, shall not exceed the purchase price of Cougar Paws shoes and shall be limited to replacement of the product; and (C) in no event shall the Manufacturer or Seller be liable in contract or tort, including negligence or strict liability, for any special, punitive, indirect, incidental or consequential damages of any kind or character.
