EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

Cougar Paws would like to thank you for your recent purchase. We strive to provide you with the best possible customer service. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple directions.

  • Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
  • Return your items in NEW condition in a securely wrapped box or padded mailer.
  • Include a copy of the invoice with your return, indicating the reason for return or exchange with instructions for us.
  • If you do not have the invoice, please provide a note with pertinent information such as:
    • Order number
    • Full name of the person who made the purchase
    • Reason for return or exchange

Returns will be credited via your original method of payment. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any difference in cost. (Please note: return postage is not reimbursed for orders not received with an error.)

Please send your return or exchange to the address below via any carrier other than the U. S. Postal Service as they will not deliver packages during our business hours. We will not be responsible for any packages returned by USPS.
