Orders received after 1:00 pm EST will not ship until the next BUSINESS Day.
Business days do not include weekends and holidays. The ship date is not included towards time in transit.
Saturday delivery for Express shipping is not offered on-line. Please call customer service at 276-632-3932 to determine availability.
Packages are shipped via Fedex with tracking and drop-off without signature. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Exchanges/Returns
We strive to provide you with the best customer service possible. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, please follow these simple instructions.
1. Items must be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
2. Return your items to us in NEW condition in a securely wrapped box or padded mailer.
3. Include a copy of the invoice with your return, indicating the reason for return or exchange with instructions for us.
4. If you do not have the invoice, please provide a note with pertinent information such as: A. Order number, B. Full name of the person who made the purchase and C. Reason for return or exchange.
Returns will be credited via your original method of payment. For exchanges, the customer will be responsible for any difference in cost. Also note that return postabe is not reimbursable for orders not received with an error.
